Something for the Kids and Family

I offer Classes, private events, birthday parties

Zumba Kids
Designed exclusively for kids, Zumba Kids classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love. Zumba Kids increases focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination, etc (much much more).  Classes on Thursdays.

Pound Fit Kids & Family
What is POUND? It is a fast paced cardio jam session inspired by the fun of playing the drums! Using Ripstixs, lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out and having FUN while breaking a sweat. Instead of just listening to fun music, you also create the music by striking your stixs throughout this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Get ready to ROCKOUT & WORKOUT and MAKE SOME NOISE!  Classes on Wednesdays

Warrior Kids Camp
This Bootcamp inspired fitness program allows children to work together and move their bodies while having fun.  They will build strength, stamina, agility, endurance and team spirit while moving through each station or exercise…all we need is some space to do our thing.  No Classes currently

KundaKids Yoga

KundaKids Yoga classes incorporate mind, body and spirit for the children ages 4-12 through moving their bodies, meditating, taking them on an adventure through imagination, games and song.  KundaKids Yoga helps with flexibility, posture, focus, concentrate, mindfulness, creativeness and provides tools to help with day to day stresses.  No Classes currently.
