Zumba is Perfect For:
Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Any body type, any fitness level...all WELCOME!

How It Works:
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Zumba comes in many forms and can meet the needs of everyone, especially through our Zumba Specialties.

 I teach weekly regular Zumba (dance fitness), Zumba Toning (dance fitness with weights/strength training and HIIT), Zumba Kids (ages 4-12), Zumba Sentao (dance fitness and strength training with use of a chair) and Zumba Gold Seated (dance fitness while sitting down/low impact to old time music at a seniors centre)

I have 2 weekly classes for regular Zumba, Tuesday evenings and Wednesday evenings (info in left column)

Zumba SPECIALTIES: Toning,  Sentao, KIDS

Dance and Drum (Mondays)

-This is a combo class of Zumba (dance fitness) and Pound (drum fitness).  It is fun, rhythmic and easy to follow.  Modified and intensified movements to suit ALL fitness levels and body types.

Zumba® Fitness-  Sampler Class and Variety Class (Thursdays and Saturdays)

"Maximize your workout with this mixed class! Combining Zumba® Fitness with some of the other Zumba Specialties like Zumba Toning, Sentao and Strong by Zumba.  Having fun moving our bodies, making new friends, adding more strength and endurance components with some interval training/HIIT...a class like this is sure to get your body/muscles/metabolism responding while we have FUN doing it. Bring water, towel, and yoga mat."
